Senior Researcher. Analytical chemist with more than 20-years of experience in targeted and non-targeted analytical methods based on several techniques (GC/MS, e-noses, DART-HRMS, NMR, FT-IR, HPLC, LC-MS and immunoassays) for food safety, quality and authenticity. He has specific expertise on methods for mycotoxins and volatile compounds determination in food as well as for food authenticity assessment. Involved in several national and EU-funded projects relevant to food safety and authenticity.
